Protection of Minors Statement
Seacrets maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child exploitation, and all forms of child abuse. We are committed to protecting children from sexual exploitation and abuse, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement and child protection organizations.
Zero-Tolerance Commitment
Seacrets has zero tolerance for:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — any sexually explicit depiction of a minor, whether real or simulated
- Platform-based child exploitation — use of Seacrets to solicit, groom, or exploit minors
- Minor content in sexual, suggestive, or exploitative contexts — images or videos depicting minors in such contexts
- Facilitation of child trafficking — content facilitating the trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation
Access Restriction
Seacrets is exclusively for adults 18 years of age and older. Minors are prevented from accessing the platform through age verification at registration and ongoing monitoring. For details, see Age Verification.
Multi-Layer Detection System
Seacrets employs multiple detection methods to identify potential child exploitation:
Hash-Matching Technology
We use PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technologies to identify known CSAM by comparing uploaded content against databases maintained by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other organizations.
Artificial Intelligence Detection
Advanced AI and machine learning models scan uploaded content to identify potential CSAM and other child exploitation.
Human Review by Trust & Safety
Trained Trust & Safety specialists conduct human review of flagged content to make final determinations.
Continuous Monitoring
Seacrets maintains ongoing monitoring of platform activity for signs of child exploitation.
Immediate Action Protocol
Upon identification of potential CSAM or child exploitation, Seacrets takes the following immediate actions:
- Immediate Removal — Content is removed from the platform without delay
- Account Termination — The account responsible is permanently terminated
- Evidence Preservation — All evidence is preserved in forensic condition for investigation
- NCMEC Report — We report the content and details to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
- Law Enforcement Cooperation — We provide full cooperation with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation
Legal Obligations
Seacrets is subject to the Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) reporting requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, which requires online service providers to report certain CSAM and child exploitation to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
