Age Requirement
Seacrets requires all users to be at least 18 years of age. Users certify their age at registration, and Seacrets may conduct additional verification to confirm age compliance.
Creator Verification
Before a user can monetize content on Seacrets, they must complete creator verification, which includes:
Official Identification
Creators must present a government-issued form of identification (passport, driver's license, national ID card) establishing their legal name, date of birth, and identity.
Biometric and Liveness Detection
Creators undergo biometric verification (facial recognition) and liveness detection to confirm the person presenting identification matches the person in the photograph.
Age Confirmation
Age is verified through government identification, matching against official databases, and/or third-party age verification services.
Sanctions Screening
Creator identities are checked against U.S. sanctions lists (OFAC), politically exposed person (PEP) lists, and other compliance databases. Sanctions-listed individuals cannot monetize on Seacrets.
No Monetization Without KYC
Creators cannot enable monetization features, receive payments, or sell services until complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification is passed.
Fan/User Verification
While fans do not undergo identity verification, Seacrets implements:
Age Declaration at Registration
All users declare they are 18 or older when creating an account.
Geolocation Restrictions
Platform access may be restricted based on the user's IP-derived geolocation in jurisdictions that restrict adult content.
Device-Level Controls
Parents and guardians can enable device-level content restrictions through operating system parental controls.
