Regulatory and Contractual Framework

The platform's chargeback management practices align with payment network requirements, enforce high-risk merchant monitoring standards, and satisfy Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) obligations.

Proactive Dispute Prevention

Seacrets implements multi-layered preventive measures including enhanced authentication protocols, identity verification procedures, and automated transaction monitoring systems. Contextual payment pattern evaluation enables risk-differentiated management approaches tailored to user profiles and transaction characteristics.

Chargeback Management

Upon notification of a chargeback claim, Seacrets conducts an internal review, collects supporting evidence, cooperates with financial institutions, and maintains the right to suspend, retain, or limit user access and account functionality during dispute investigation.
